Third edition of reporting that provides key stakeholders with a transparent and detailed overview of Sublitex’s environmental, social and governance performance.

For the second consecutive year, the objective of this report is to highlight and effectively communicate Sublitex’s environmental, social and governance (ESG) sustainability trends, goals and strategies to its internal and external stakeholders. This commitment reflects the company’s willingness for transparency and accountability towards crucial issues for the future, such as environmental protection, social welfare, and ethical and responsible governance.

It is the reference standard for the certification of quality management systems. It allows companies to highlight their ability to provide products of high standards. Customer focus and continuous improvement are the fundamental requirements to receive this certification.

ISO 14001 certification is part of a series of international standards covering the Environmental Management System: its approach is based on principles of a management system that includes the phases of planning, execution, control and improvement actions.

Thanks to this certification, the most important requirements for identifying, controlling and monitoring the aspects of an organization that has an environmental policy are defined: like Miroglio, which has always been attentive to all issues of Sustainability.

The ISO 45001:2018 certification is based on the application of the first international standard for health and safety in the workplace.

It establishes a framework for improving safety, reducing workplace risks, and enhancing the health and well-being of workers, allowing the organization to proactively increase its health and safety performance.

The associated standard aims to make systematic the control, knowledge, and awareness of all risks inherent in normal and extraordinary operational situations in the workplace: a badge of merit for those who focus on managing the health and safety of their employees.

UNI/PDR 125 certification, attests to Sublitex’s commitment to promoting gender equality through policies and practices designed to ensure equal opportunity, inclusion and empowerment of people within the organization.

It certifies the company’s membership in the Italian Association of Surface Treatments for Aluminum, and the compliance of its production processes with the ecological parameters set by the Association.

It is the quality mark for decorative finishes obtained through sublimation techniques, powder-on-powder painting, and rotary pad printing. This certification ensures that the final product is suitable for outdoor use and meets the quality requirements specified in the Qualideco specifications.
